As part of managing the purchase of natural gas, we develop a gas purchasing strategy for the Client in a fixed price model or a flexible model. The latter is based on the quotations of the Polish Power Exchange.

After conclusion of the contract and selection of the supplier, together with the Client, we set the rules for natural gas purchasing, i.e. limit level of losses – stop loss level, minimum and maximum percentages of planned natural gas consumption, time horizons of entered transactions, assignment of roles and scope of responsibility, transaction authorization, submission of purchase orders for natural gas and property rights to the selected natural gas supplier.

We monitor the market and manage the purchasing decisions during the contract. Nevertheless, the Ordering Party can contact suppliers directly and influence the gas price.
