If you are an entrepreneur in the industrial manufacturing sector and meet the criteria set out in the RES Act
You can apply to the Energy Regulatory Office to become an Industrial Customer. This will give you the right to reduce energy costs by reducing the mandatory purchase of energy certificates of origin. This will reduce the total cost of electricity, including energy distribution fees, i.e. the RES fee and the CHP fee.
