Billing and Customer Service Specialist (energy).

Your responsibilities:

1. Working with Excel and large amounts of data:

  • Preparing reports for the company’s clients in the assigned area and performing commissioned analyses and internal reports for the clients.

2. Working with documents – contracts and invoices:

  • Analyzing the records of contracts and other documents relating to the purchase of electricity and gas.
  • Entering, verifying, updating data in the internal system, clarifying inaccuracies that arise.
  • Taking care of the completeness and quality of the entered data.
  • Preparing documents, reports and presentations.
  • Editing letters, handling complaints and correspondence with customers.
  • Verification and substantive description of invoices and other accounting documents for submission for payment.

3. Contact with customers and energy and gas vendors:

  • Conducting ongoing correspondence and responding to customer inquiries (telephone and email contact).
  • Conducting explanations and correspondence with electricity and gas vendors and distributors and conducting complaint processes.

Our requirements:

1. Very good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).

2. Min. 2 years of work experience in the energy or related industry.

3. Conscientiousness and accuracy and ability to think analytically.

4. Higher education (economics, finance and accounting preferred).

5. Ability to organize work well.

6. Ability to work in stressful situations and under time pressure.

7. Ability to solve problems.

8. Self-reliance and responsibility in carrying out assigned tasks.

Well received:

1. Experience in the energy industry.

2. Knowledge of the energy market in Poland.

3. Knowledge of the English language.
